Marketing Planning & Strategy is a challenging role that provides an opportunity for you to grow our client's businesses. You will get to see the total picture of the business marketing media optimization (Google Ads, Facebook, CRM, SEO, KOL etc.), deliver beyond impressions and clicks, and get deep into anything that helps drive sales including promotion strategy or website optimization


Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our services.
Develop comprehensive client roadmaps tailored to their objectives, leveraging data insights and industry best practices.
• Establish efficient workflows to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage client expectations by clearly indicating deadlines and scope of work.
• Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently throughout the month.
• Collaborate with the media optimization and internal teams to implement strategies that meet budgetary targets and deadlines.
• Generate detailed performance reports through data analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement in e-commerce performance and branding.
Focus on enhancing e-commerce performance across our website, as well as on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Proactively identify and initiate strategies to improve client performance and team efficiency.
• Coordinate with the account team to provide necessary information related to client quotations and invoices.
