Influencer Campaign
To drive and grow GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) for assigned brand accounts through effective TikTok platform activities—including Live Streaming, Short Videos, Affiliate Marketing, and Paid Ads—by strategically planning campaigns, managing clients, and leading internal coordination to ensure smooth execution and performance optimization.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Planning & Campaign Execution
- Forecast and plan sales targets based on TikTok Live, Short Video, Affiliate, and Ad activities.
- Develop and manage end-to-end campaign strategies in alignment with client objectives.
- Oversee the execution of Live streaming schedules, content posting calendars, and ad campaigns.
2. Client Management
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering strategic TikTok marketing guidance.
- Present campaign plans, performance updates, and insights in a clear, actionable manner.
3. Cross-Functional Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams such as:
-- Live Coordinator for live stream operations
-- Content Creators/Editors for short video production
-- Ads Optimization Specialists for media buying
- Ensure all deliverables align with timelines, KPIs, and platform best practices.
4. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze TikTok Live and content performance to understand key sales drivers.
- Monitor campaign metrics and optimize real-time when necessary.
- Deliver insightful monthly reports and recommendations to clients to improve future performance.
